Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Here’s how order cancellations work at Crazy Daizy.

Standard Orders

Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled collection or delivery time. Please contact your selected store directly by phone or WhatsApp to cancel.

Custom & Celebration Cakes

Because custom and celebration cakes require advance preparation and ingredients purchased specifically for your order, cancellations made within 48 hours of collection may not be eligible for a full refund. We’ll always do our best to work with you if something comes up unexpectedly.

How to Cancel

Contact the store where your order was placed on 087 150 7339, via WhatsApp, or email info@crazydaizy.co.za with your order details.

No-Shows

If an order is not collected and we have not been notified, the order may not be eligible for a refund, as the product has already been prepared specifically for you.
