As a bakery, most of what we make is fresh and perishable — here’s how we handle returns and quality concerns.
Nature of Our Products
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected or delivered.
Quality Issues
If there’s a problem with your order — incorrect item, quality concern, or anything not as expected — please contact us on the same day with photos of the product. We’ll happily look into it and offer a replacement, redo, or refund where appropriate.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
