These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Crazy Daizy website and any orders placed with us, whether online, by phone or WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment

Orders placed through our website are confirmed once payment has been received in full. Orders placed telephonically or via WhatsApp are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been made, as agreed with our team.

Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Collection & Delivery

Orders can be collected from your selected Crazy Daizy store during trading hours. Please arrive within your confirmed collection window, as cakes and baked goods are made fresh and cannot always be held for extended periods.

Product Images & Descriptions

Product photos are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, decoration and colour due to the handmade nature of our baking.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos and text, is the property of Crazy Daizy and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in preparing every order, Crazy Daizy shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
